We have been told that the following properties are available for sale as indicated.  They are listed by their general location (Lake or Hill Unit), and then by Assessor Parcel Number (aka "APN", which is shown in its new format).  Properties with especially low prices are in red text.  Properties with FEATURED RAW LAND Listing (where you may see more information on the listing and photos of the site) are in pink text.  Other properties within Cal Pines may be available as well.  Other Internet places to find available properties include Craig's List, Ebay, Bid4Assets and Zillow.com. 

FINDING ASSESSOR PARCEL MAPS.  To find the Assessor Map for the parcel you are interested in, go to Parcelquest.com.

WARNING REGARDING SITE CONDITIONS.  Developing raw land is not always easy.  Many properties in Cal Pines have significant slope, rocky terrain, hardpan soils, and/or seasonal streams running through them which may make them challenging (if not impossible) to develop.  In addition, extending power lines, sinking a well, and installing septic systems can be very expensive, and the POA does not provide winter snow service to all properties.  Be sure to visit the property with an experienced professional before purchasing any raw land, and if you intend to access the site during the winter, contact the POA to confirm that winter plowing is available to the property. 

HOW TO FIND OUT MORE.  If you are interested in any of the properties below, find the Assessor Parcel Map (see above), contact the County Tax Collector, and the Cal Pines POA for late taxes and fee information, and then click on the contact person noted next to the property for more information.  You might also want to contact the County Planning Department for building permit information.
